Our Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil is a bright citrus fragrance.  When inhaled, Grapefruit may help suppress an overactive appetite, increase energy levels and assist in lifting your mood and reducing anxiety, stress, and depression, and even possibly lowering blood pressure. Topically, this oil has been shown in studies to reduces abdominal fat when used in conjunction with massage. Grapefruit also has great antimicrobial properties, which make it great for the treatment of skin issues such as acne.

Caution: Undiluted citrus oils should not be applied to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light within 72 hours.
