Light sweet, floral-green oil from the flowers of the Roman chamomile. Calming, soothing and cooling, Roman chamomile diffuses tension and over stimulation.

Reduces over sensitivity and irritability, especially when associated with insomnia, worry, anger or anxiety. Relieves pain (including headache) and spasms (including menstrual and muscle cramps). Treats wounds, and oily or inflamed skin.
